Prevention and early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases is one of the priorities of the Healthcare national project.
In , the Protecting Hearts campaign is organized by the National Medical Research Center for Therapy and Preventive Medicine, the National Medical Research Center for Cardiology named after Academician Chazov of the Russian Ministry of Health, the All-Russian Public Movement Medical Volunteers and ANO National Priorities.
“Participants of the Protecting Hearts campaign will be able to undergo free diagnostics, attend lectures and master classes from experts from the Russian Ministry of Health and volunteers. Thanks to the visits of the Health Centers, people will have the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive express examination without leaving their place of work or study, ”explained Sofia Malyavina, General Director of ANO “National Priorities”.
On September 22, the visiting Health Center visited the central office of the Russian Post, where it conducted a diagnostic of employees. “In 2022, we increased social support for employees and launched a new Health School project,” she said. - cholesterol level
- rapid assessment of the state of the heart by ECG signals
- consultations of leading general practitioners and cardiologists.
In addition to the medical block, participants will have preventive conversations “Let’s talk about important things” from medical volunteers, which are held to increase knowledge about health and measures to preserve it. And those who prefer theory to practice can take part in “Heart” exercise “or a master class on measuring blood pressure.
On September 30, 2022, the online marathon “Protecting Hearts” will be held at the site of the Russian Society “Knowledge”. The broadcast of the marathon will be available in the group of medical volunteers VKontakte, as well as on the portal protecting the heart.rf.
“For several years in a row, the campaign “Protecting Hearts” has simply and clearly told the population how to take care of themselves and avoid the development of cardiovascular diseases,” says Chairman of the All-Russian Public Movement “Medical Volunteers” Maria Yakunchikova. — In 2021, 812 events were held as part of the campaign, with more than 650,000 views received by Cardio Show. In total, more than 1.6 million people took part in heart health activities.”
Actions of medical volunteers will be held in 13 regions: Altai Territory, Amur, Novosibirsk, Penza, Rostov, Smolensk, Tambov, Irkutsk, Kursk regions, the Republic of Bashkortostan, Mari El, Mordovia and Chuvashia. There, volunteers will hold master classes on Nordic walking and the correct measurement of blood pressure, open lectures and “Heart” energy points. For students of higher educational institutions and colleges, a role-playing game “The WHO Model” and Video Cases are held, and for schoolchildren, volunteers arrange a quiz “Protecting the Heart”, a colloquium “Secrets of the Health of Our Heart”, an interactive lesson – the experiment “How the Heart Works”.
The traditional large-scale action “MED-marathon” will be held in the Kolpinsky district of St. Petersburg to achieve the goals of the national project “Healthcare”.
